Vanda Coatings are an established Cladding spraying company that offer our services throughout the UK. Painting existing cladding can extend the lifespan and is cost effective compared to renewing and repairing. Spray applying paint onto existing plastisol, PVF2, steel, HP200 and HPS200 cladded buildings is faster than brushing and rollering which means less disruption to the client.
Whether it’s for a complete colour change as part of a rebranding project or part of a planned maintenance programme we can offer a solution to reimage existing cladding. We work closely with building maintenance and construction companies as well as the end client to ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum whilst keeping strict health and safety standards. We offer full RAl and BS colours and can help match colours if requested.
Some cladded units may show evidence of cut edge corrosion. Cut edge corrosion is caused when unprotected metal is exposed to the elements for long periods of time.

Site Survey:
The areas are surveyed by one of our estimating team and occasionally will be joined by representatives of our paint suppliers who will visit depending on the size and complexity of the project. The areas that are looked at will be:
· Condition of existing substrate(s)
· Access needs
Recommendations:
After our initial survey we will forward our recommendations to the client which will include:
Materials that are to be used for cladding spraying - paint product data sheets will be sent. It is vital that the correct specification is offered at this stage to ensure correct adhesion and maximum life expectancy when paint is applied.

Instruction and start on site:
Site specific risk assessments, method statements and COSHH sheets are produced for the planned spraying prior to commencement on site.
